  • Market feasibility study for the Great Bear Lodge in Sandusky, Ohio and market feasibility studies for proposed resort developments in Niagara Falls, Ontario and Traverse City, Michigan.  The study incorporated an analysis of the market feasibility for the proposed resorts and compilation of financial projections.  Extensive research for the proposed indoor waterpark was conducted as part of the study.  The second phase of the study performed a market value appraisal on the proposed resorts.  

 

  • Market feasibility study and appraisal of the proposed Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation, located 70 miles east of Atlanta. The study analyzed the proposed upscale resort and adjacent Rees Jones designed golf course and school

 

  • Market feasibility study and appraisal of the Pioneer Resort and Marina, Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  The study analyzed the existing resort including the hotel, restaurants, marina, conference center, cruise boat, and recreational amenities.  

 

  •  Market feasibility study and appraisal of the proposed Marriott Myrtle Beach.  The study analyzed the proposed beachfront hotel, resort, and conference center to be built within an upscale multi-use community, including residential development and marina.  

 

  • Market feasibility study for a proposed exposition center at the Clark County Fairgrounds or in downtown Springfield, Ohio.  The study is divided into three phases: market feasibility study, financial projections, and economic impact projections.  

 

  • Market feasibility study and financial projections for the proposed J. Gilbert Reese Conference Center, Newark, Ohio.  The study was divided into three phases: market and financial feasibility study; economic impact study; and assisting the college administration in developing the Request for Proposal and list of potential foodservice companies for managing the planned Conference Center. 

 

  • Market feasibility study and appraisal for a proposed resort development including hotel, conference center, vacant land, indoor waterpark, golf, and skiing, Cortland, New York.  The study was performed in a summary format and analyzed supply and demand issues in each of the listed components at the ski resort.  The existing ski resort does not currently have lodging or golf components and the developer was planning to make it a four season resort. 

 

  • Market analysis and financial feasibility study for proposed Courtyard by Marriott hotel, proposed Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, conference center, Valentino's Restaurant, and indoor waterpark, Erie, Pennsylvania.  Three separate studies were conducted concerning proposed hotels in addition to a proposed indoor waterpark. 

 

  • Market analysis, financial projections and economic impact analysis for proposed downtown Lawrenceburg mixed-use redevelopment project which included theater, hotel, conference center, retail, restaurants, residential and office components, Lawrenceburg, Indiana.  The studies included presentations to the City Council and municipal leaders concerning the results.

 

  • Market feasibility and financial projections for a proposed resort development in Sandusky, Ohio.  The study analyzed the potential for hotel, theater, entertainment, restaurants, and a museum. 

 

  • Market feasibility and financial projections for a proposed Conference Center in Marion, Ohio.  The study analyzed the potential for a conference center with a plan for a separate study to analyze the market feasibility of developing a hotel adjacent to the proposed conference center.  

 

  • Market feasibility and financial projections for proposed Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn in downtown Pittsburgh.  The study analyzed the potential for an extended stay hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.

 

  • Market feasibility study for a proposed 18-hole golf course on the south side of Columbus, Ohio.  The study analyzed the potential demand for a golf course and was conducted in 1998.

 

  • Market feasibility study for a proposed Hilton Garden Inn in Wooster, Ohio.  The study analyzed the market demand for a proposed hotel.
