properties including hotels, resorts, golf courses, and exposition centers. The
following is a sampling of studies which we performed in recent years.
- Market
feasibility study for the Great Bear Lodge in Sandusky, Ohio and market
feasibility studies for proposed resort developments in Niagara
Falls, Ontario and Traverse City, Michigan.
The study incorporated an analysis of the market feasibility for the
proposed resorts and compilation of financial projections.
Extensive research for the proposed indoor waterpark was
conducted as part of the study. The
second phase of the study performed a market value appraisal on the proposed
resorts.

Plantation, located 70 miles east of Atlanta. The study analyzed the

theater, hotel, conference center, retail, restaurants, residential and
office components, Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
